Internet Conference in Prague
Events July 25th, 2008I had a great chance this week to present my thoughts on mobile on an internet conference organized by Economia and especially Tomas Jindrisek (Ogilvy Interactive) in Prague to brands, agencies, medias, and operators.
My presentation topic was mobile, the future of mobile, and what is possible right now in the market. I took some time to translate the presentation I was showing, but most of the presentation was about really explaining the market some basic views on the market.
Also, there was a message to the operators, to think again about unlimited data tarrifs, as they have it wrong (except maybe T-Mobile). Having 1 million people subscribed to that data tarrif and knowing what he pays = that is the way to go. Including if my normal phone with no data tarrifs goes over the data tarrif price in data, then it automatically switches. Too bad this is not the logic of operators yet, and browsing mobile internet is still a uneducated ripoff.
